Our Mission:  To make art an integral part of our community through teaching, exhibiting, and creating art.

North Cobb Arts League, a non profit organization and Gallery 4463 have partnered to create an Art Center dedicated to making the arts an integral part of life in our community.  Whether we are viewing an exhibition, enjoying a public art project, or learning a new technique or expressing our own creativity, art enriches our lives.

Acworth Art Center's approach to filling this need is three-fold, while its ultimate goal is singular.

* Hold regular art exhibitions, exposing our friends and neighbors to art work created by local artists, as well as bringing in exciting work from elsewhere.

*Offering ongoing classes and workshops: We are developing a cadre of artists who are keen to share their expertise with others.

*Our third goal is to grow the artistic spirit in our community by creating the space and environment in which creativity can flourish.

By taking these individual small steps, we are building a solid foundation from which The Acworth Art Center  programs can grow.

Our Art Center is a place to nurture the visual arts in our community through exhibiting, teaching and creating art.
