  Learn the fundamentals of drawing with pencil.  Elements of line, composition, perspective, light and shadow, foreshortening, value and texture will be covered in this class.  The notion of visual perception will be explored and students will learn how to record what they observe.
  Colored Pencil will be introduced to those students that wish to learn the techniques that create realistic color drawings.  I will draw alongside students to demonstrate graphite and colored pencils.
